Or being told that being a "chubby chaser" is the new normal while looking for a new mate.

I wonder what makes people insult random strangers like this?
I was out running the other night and some young chap driving past suggested I "run faster you lazy fking ".
I had some teenage girls shout at me "run fatboy run!" I replied "That is precisely why I am running!"I was out running the other night and some young chap driving past suggested I "run faster you lazy fking ".
Whilst it is not a nice thing to do, I am sick to death of fatter women being championed and "real"/"beautiful" etc etc. It's a group mentality thing, they've all convinced themselves they are fine when they aren't. I blame the internet, it's the reason that groups of grown men now watch My Little Pony and make porno drawings of it etc.

Very rude going up to her and pointing it out like this, however she is pretty big, especially given it's taken at a flattering angle (up and slightly off to one side).
With obesity related illness then people need to start taking responsibility for their weight in this country. Walking down the highstreet does seem to show that as a nation we're getting fatter and fatter with no real sign of slowing down. If we're expected to pay for each others health, then I can see resentment towards those that really don't put anything towards it themselves.
BMI as an individual isn't great. but it is for the population as a whole. So unless you're a rugby player, exceptionally tall or exceptional short. You should be aiming for a number lower than 25.
Alternatively, perhaps everyone should mind their own business and let people do pretty much how they want? Same with smoking, we have to be told by Government what we can and cannot do anymore, a bit too much IMHO. The Nanny State can take it too far sometimes.
If people want to eat pies and chips and watch telly, so be it.
And I'd rather spend a train journey with one of these ladies minding her own business (as they were), than some beardy hipster chicken st tt, that thinks he is smart by being rude to a woman and running off like a baby.
I don't agree with that at all, so cowardly!
One thing, though, in the piece, it doesn't state if the photo of the woman in question is recent.
I know quite a few who post profile pics that bare no resemblance of what they actually look like now.
Having said that, there's no excuse for leaving that card.

Bunch of cretins handing these out, no doubt have some deep issues of their own that they think its "cool" to be such cruel bds to people minding their own business.

Agreed, the person who did it was a tt. I was just referring to the comments that this lady isn't fat when she clearly is..Same with smoking, we have to be told by Government what we can and cannot do anymore, a bit too much IMHO. The Nanny State can take it too far sometimes.

It's a difficult argument, the Nanny state does get a bonus from smokers and drinkers to pay for their sins to offset the cost to others. Am all for wrecking your body any way you wish, but I do resent folk then hogging medical resources to do so when they've not contributed extra to it.
