The poll on the front page of this thread has changed very significantly.

Last time I looked, it was 68% for leave, with a total of a couple of hundred votes.

Now it has Leave at 48% with almost 1400 votes.

I suspect that some shenanagins are afoot.
Its a different thread.
Go on then Don4l tell us what shenanigans have gone on and who's responsible?

I wasn't aware that don4l was a technical forensic investigator with full access to IT systems at PH Towers. How did you know?

We are aware he was looking in the wrong place from the quoted figures and had made claims of shenanigans.

As the other poll is more recent it seems support for Leave is firming up.

That has no relevance to the post from markh1973 or my reply.

Really? Markh1973 was an honest query for don4l to explain himself. Yours was sarcasm.
Mine was a reply to explain the shenanigans markh1973 queried.

don4l has been remarkably quiet over it.

No it wasn't. My response to it was a kind way of pointing out that markh1973 was being both sarcastic and nonsensical by asking how and who, as PHers don't in general have access to PH IT systems.

Your reply deliberately/accidentally missed the point.

No my post was a sarcastic and condescending response to someone who made a claim that he had no evidence for.

Don4l's post was complete bks.

He didn't claim to have evidence for it and could not have evidence for it as we both know. Asking a question that you know is impossible for another PHer to answer isn't smart it's silly. That's why you got a reply in kind.

Is making a claim you don't have evidence for smart or silly?

Remainers are getting thin skinned as the date of the referendum approaches and losing a degree of cool.

If as a Leaver the vote is to Remain I will as advised previously make another cup of tea, and check on developments with our new build outside the EU and its state of readiness for more frequent excursions in my growing youth smile to chill out, or in winter, warm up.

As to others, apart from pointing out how their bottle is empty when they dangle it with a sneer, this is my approach overall.

Peace and love and ever closer onions to all Remainians.

nono Turbobloke, I think you may be in trouble with Brussels by using the above emoticon in your posting.

May I refer you to EU/2014/1912A(R) which relates to electronic messaging and states 'In electronic communications whenever an emoticon is included representing non-EU citizens, emoticons must also be included representing 3/9ths of the remaining 4/5ths of each EU member state citizen types in the same message for equality and balance'. hehe

Note: EU/2014/1912A(L) is the equivalent ruling relating to messages posted using left-handed mouses.

..oh, and don't get me started on the rules you've broken by using non EU onions which are far too small - and should have been thrown back teacher

Actually there isn't currently an EU Shallot standard. Onions are however covered in detail.

http://www.unece.org/fileadmin/DAM/trade/agr/promo...

I believe a team of highly paid EU beaurocrats are however working on a new Shallot Standard.

Leaving the EU will result in a situation where many people in the UK could face poisoning from eating daffodil bulbs or starvation from being unable to identify an onion to use in their shepherds pie because it will no longer be clear what an onion or a shallot is.

I hear nothing from the Brexit camp about a replacement standard. They have no clear plan!

And what of the Shepherd's then - might they strike on learning their ancient pie is to be renamed 'Farm Person's Pie' and re-designated as a tasty snack (found in the chiller cabinet with the sarnies)? scratchchin

90% of those polled in Stoke-on-Trent want to leave the EU according to this report
http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/video/201...

I'm not surprised,I've yet to speak to anyone who intends voting remain.

I'm aware that this is hardly likely to be representative of the nation as a whole

With such unerringly accurate predictive powers you could replace the Treasury economics computer model smile save a fortune and make one yourself!

Peace, love and wealth outside the EU to all PHers (if the vote goes that way).
