The problems in Neath apparently started with Thatcher.....

I expected that comment a lot earlier in the show.

I liked the guy who's question was 'is anyone proud to be English anymore?' In a predominantly Welsh audience.

Haven't seen the Tories and Kippers take a battering like that in a long time. I know Neath probably isn't withers heartland but still great to see on national TV.

Yeh, good to see Grammar School toffs get a kicking.....oh wait !

And Chukka is a true man of the people
Independent senior school St Dunstan's College, in Catford in south-east London, where he played the cello.
During this period he was also a chorister at Southwark Cathedral

Nowt wrong with playing the Cello, I did too at School.

He's always come across as more Tory snob than most Tory snobs. I always got the feeling he sat down one day and took a close look at which of the two ( Tories or Labour ) would best serve him best and give him the fastest career path. At the time it must have looked like New Labour were on an unstoppable roll, while the Tories were a dying brand.
You see in 2020, Chuka, when Corbyn becomes another loony left dinosaur of failure.

Well, watched on catchup. Tories got it in the ear for the NHS despite Labour being in charge since ever in wales and turning it into a joke but that was at the end of the show.

Rest was because Thatcher?

Other than that, damp squib.

It's where they'll be sourcing their new air force from when Scotland gets it's independance.

No less than the other tools on the panel I'd say.
