Laurie Penny is always welcome on QT, mainly because it reminds me of her Vs Starkey. She seems to been to the PH school of screaming racist when you don't have any real argument to put forward.

Abbott is the subject of a programme on the BBC Parliament channel on Sunday evening (if I heard correctly on R4 earlier today).

I won't be watching. As for tonight's QT, Postman Vat & the purple haired people beater - not a chance.

Really?

"I don't care about selling batteries to Lithuanians".

You know what I'm thinking. For good reason.

It's not a baying mob and all the more impressive for it. Some very good points being made very well. The primary school teacher has just tee'd up Laurie beautifully.

Seems like a valid point. From a balance of trade point-of-view we only care about Germany and France. The rest are minnows.

He couldn't answer her question.

"What is it about foreign accents that upsets you?"

No answer. Blah blah, parents get upset about it. Do they really? Upsetting is it?

He sounded a bit racist.

Yes, really.

He explained his point well, that when you have too large a group enter on mass, they don't integrate as well as if its a drip fed process. That creates friction.

So not only can you not comprehend the written word, you also cant comprehend the spoken word.

Good point - if he was at my kids school the head and PTA would be getting a stiff letter.

Get that fking intolerant racist "teacher" away from my kids please - I'd rather he didn't fill their heads with nasty bile about the foreign kids at the school, thanks very much.

What?
Didn't he fit into your prescribed view of a teacher?

He'd probably be able to teach you how to correctly put 'I would' as 'I'd' rather than your effort 'id'.

id... iot!
