Brings back horrible memories when I had my Golf R nicked like this.

Will take a while for these poor people to get other it. When you look back you think of so many different scenarios of what you could have done, however nothing prepares you for this type of thing and it is over in seconds..

Brave of him to have a go at preventing them in the first place. Same goes for the women involved, too.

That's said in jest too, carjacking is awful, I had it done to me and had the living crap kicked out of me, the dicks are now serving 5 years for it too as they were known for it. Ruined Evo ownership too.

Crossed my mind too, but they're just cars, probably best to leave them to it. Although if he'd got that bat it would've evened the odds a touch.

I'm really surprised nowadays there isn't a function to shut the car down via mobile etc. it would allow the scum to the take the car you log on a website or speak to someone and the car is shut down. Takes all the worry etc out and no need to risk your life.
