I don't think there's a thread for this yet...

From here : https://www.androidpit.com/oneplus-3-price-release...

OnePlus 3 price and release date
CNET en Espanol got an exclusive interview with OnePlus Co-founder Carl Pei. While he didn't disclose any details about the design of the OnePlus 3, Mr Pei did disclose an estimated launch date; the end of the second quarter of 2016.

There's no information on the OnePlus 3 price yet, but we would expect it to offer similarly good value to its predecessors.

OnePlus 3 design
Some early conceptual renders of the OnePlus 3 design were leaked in December 2015. They leave much to the imagination, but it would appear that the company has discarded its trademark sandstone black back in favor of black brushed steel. What the sheer white face on the left-hand render below means is anyone's guess.

The renders do clearly show that the fingerprint scanner no longer sits at the base of the front of the device, leading to speculation over how the company plans for the new device to be unlocked. It's possible that it could employ iris-recognition technology or even an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded below the screen.

Excitingly, front-facing speakers can clearly be seen below the screen.

Earlier, in December, a concept video leaked showing the possible design of the OnePlus 3. It gives us a glimpse of slick, curvy device with extremely thin bezels. The video further hints that the OnePlus 3 might go with a brushed metal back, and we can also see a dual-tone LED flash and USB Type-C charging.

I almost got a one, then a two, then an X but have so far stuck with my now ageing HTC One M7.. It could be this or the HTC 10 or whatever it's called!!

Looking forward to this. My iPhone 4s (which was only a stop gam after breaking my last Galaxy) is now painfully slow, and the battery is dreadful!

Was tempted by the oneplus 2, then the wileyfox but both isn't quite tick all the boxes.

Just depends on price for the oneplus3 now.

I hope it's better than the OP1 where the OP2 wasn't.

Anyone seen details of the Samsung Galaxy 7 Active? Wish that was coming out in the UK!

Ordered.

Charge extra for the charger which is bit cheeky but still good value overall. £352 phone, charger & case.

Didn't see that, but still handy for work!

...and yeah, I have the not paid thing too but I have a PayPal receipt so I guess their website is just having trouble keeping up!

This looks much more promising than the 2, I bought one of those and was deeply unimpressed with the OS, I thought it was crap.

Once bitten, twice shy, so I think I'll wait and see how happy people are with these before I put the order in. Still, it looks like a strong candidate for my next phone.

The ongoing farce with software updates on the OP2 has meant there will be precisely zero chance of me going for a Three.

It's been disappointing as a liked my OPO a lot, and the OPX has not suffered the same lagging/slowdowns/freezes as the OP2. Months after the issues started, I still have to wipe the cache via recovery mode every few days if I want it to remain functional. Otherwise it hangs whenever I get a phone call or a notification. Not great when I'm on call.
