It's being reported that his children weren't keen on having her by their dying grandmother's bedside, so maybe there had always been difficult friction for Depp to cope with while in this relationship.

Still, at the very least she will be entitled to 50% of any increase in their joint wealth while married. His earnings were around $40m during that time. Hers, approximately $350k.

This was whizzing around the internet yesterday. It seems he had some legitimate reasons for acting a little weird a few years ago and many of them involved Heard and her violence.

I never believed her allegations. He is an odd bloke but thats part of his character-far too chilled to be a woman beater.

An old girlfriend of mine years ago, all 110lbs of her had a good right hook. It's easy to do when you know the 'male' won't hit you back. She called the police on me more than once-I was the bloody victim, literally. Disgraceful situation. 1am police arrive. An older officer and a younger one. Young cop is playing the white knight. Im the one with ripped shirt and bloody on clothes(mine) and he asks me to leave the room to talk to her. So I say ok I'm off to bed then, to which he informed me, I'm subject to arrest in the clothes I'm wearing (PJs).

Older cop worked out what was happening and hold crazy girl she would be arrested if they had to come back. I told the cops to take her with them, she's trespassing and not welcome. Civil matter apparently.
