You are the man, sorry I have been so useless at this whole buying a house thing and thank you for your patience throughout!
To any on PH looking for a Mortgage person I cannot recommend him enough, we are first time buyers and as you have probably guessed I am a bit disorganised (also all over the place with a new job) and Liam has been patient, legendary and super human at times in equal measure and I do solemnly swear to get that outstanding info to you when I am at home on Friday!
