The whole premise of the discrimination seems to be that the accessible toilet is somehow inferior and being offered it is insulting.

When in reality it is a more encompassing convenience to a greater range of people.

They are accessible toilets not disabled only toilets, this is very well explained in the Build Reg concerning their provision.

Is this thread essentially about the professionally outraged taking umbrage against the professionally offended?

I just need to know how much popcorn to get in.

A panel chaired by Nicola Santos-Costa... Googled her, she's a nobody. Its not a landmark ruling hehe its the Chairman of Jerseys Discrimination Tribunal which was launched following the introduction of a race discrimination law. A total non job seemingly.

Tranny? Cab driver?

'Companies should be aware that they should welcome everyone. If they are providing services they should not discriminate on religion, gender, disability, or anything. What is important is a lesson has been learned by Condor. As much as I dislike the fact that I had to take the action that I did, I have to respect Condor because they put their hands up, and they were wrong and made changes.'

Oh do fk off you stupid thing, they hardly put up "Ladies" and "Gents" just to offend you, you fking moron, why should they have to learn a lesson? I'm sure they'll sleep well at night knowing they've got your respect.

To answer your questions:

- it's certainly shaping up that way (see also the thread on the "all votes are equal seesaw poster"); and

- a lot. It may be worth calling your broker and telling him to go long on Butterkist. Maybe also on Kia Ora to maximise returns.

The lesson learnt is that it is cheaper to change the sign on the door rather than argue in a tribunal against a self centred bigoted twunt.

Interesting point.

Also based on posts it's not offence that surrounds the general reaction seen so far on PH - it's surprise, then lack of surprise, hilarity, then ridicule, and similar evolutions all of which are reasonable under the circumstances.

Personally, anyone in possession of or lacking any body parts anyone cares to name can wander into and out of any toilet, be it land, sea or air, without censure from me and good luck to them. Clearly lacking some body parts may impact on the 'wander in and out' bit but not necessarily and again either way I'm not offended by the thought or the prospect.

Peace to all in the choice of varied locations for their bodily waste eliminations.

Won't work. Men with small IQs just wreck them.
In my experience from working in bars and clubs the 'ladies' are little better than cats stting on your lawn when it comes to using toilets in an humane manner.
No way do I want to use toilet facilities that women are allowed into.

I was in hospital last week for day surgery on a small eight bed ward.

I went for a piss in the shared facility, I found and left the placein perfect order.

My bed was opposite the door and having watched only one other person use the toilet before I needed to go again I was surprised to find the toilet hadn't been flushed, rammed full of paper and there was paper all over the floor - the place was a fking state.

So I cleaned it all up before doing my business, no way was I going to be last out leaving the place in that state.

You guessed the gender of the previous person? Female.

Same when Mrs Ex had our son, I accompanied her to the toilet on post cesarean recovery ward. I'd never seen anything like it. Bog stuffed full of paper, paper all over the floor.

Strange creatures women!

ETA.

I forgot to say did anyone else read "Ms Bisson, 40, a taxi driver..." and immediately think 'Bab's Cabs'?

No thanks, have you seen the state women leave their toilets in? hehe
