Questions for BBC QT
Discussion
In two (?) weeks time, BBC Question Time will have just one person on the panel - Michael Gove. The following week will be David Cameron.
What question would you a) submit beforehand, knowing that it would be vetted and/or b) hope to ask from the floor in the general discussion (assuming the programmes follow the normal format) ?
My ad hoc question to Cameron would be whether he could assure us that he would never seek a role as an EU Commissioner or other such EU bureaucrat.

A wasted questionFor both him and Tony Blair before him the salary paid to a Prime Minister is a pittance (and that paid to an EU official likewise). They expect to earn the big money once they leave the job, hence why both retired/plan to retire while relatively young.
Tony Blair has been estimated to have earned £50M-£100M since leaving office.

Hence the desperation, IMO, with which Cameron seeks a remain vote. The establishment wants to stay in and he will only be able to seek similar rewards if he keeps the establishment happy.
If you had a personality, what would it be like?
I thought about this for a minute and really can't think of anything that I would want or feel the need to ask David Cameron. He is such a bland and predictable politician that he will only ever give stock answers setting out wholly predictable positions.

To Mr Cameron
Why have you handled the campaign so badly and got so involved. Why did you choose this option rather than making your personal viewpoint known and then allowing the opposing camps to engage in genuine honest debate.
Nail and head ... sadly empty vessels make the loudest noise its the old if you can't explain something in simple terms then you don't understand it yourself,,,,I think CMD is very close to overtaking Ted heath as the worst tory leader ....Why have you handled the campaign so badly and got so involved. Why did you choose this option rather than making your personal viewpoint known and then allowing the opposing camps to engage in genuine honest debate.

No point. Neither will answer the question anyway and just trot out some pre-prepared soundbites.
Agreed. The answer will start with the word 'look...', then state their appreciation of people's >genuine< concerns (emphasised as they do) then go off at a tangent via a rehearsed answer.
If Paxman were conducting the interviews I may have a bit of hope. God, I miss him.

He's handled it so badly that the Remain camp are odds-on to win.....Why have you handled the campaign so badly and got so involved. Why did you choose this option rather than making your personal viewpoint known and then allowing the opposing camps to engage in genuine honest debate.
