Given that the questions are known beforehand, the replies will have been through the policy wonk procedure and, after being ever so slightly altered to shift focus, will be replied to with anodyne platitudes designed to avoid trouble. Then they will change their minds when the wind changes. They are convinced of their invincibility and infallibility and their God-given right to rule. Entitlement brings its own reward.
