Whilst checking the current prices of e92's I stumbled across this f80. The first thing I couldn't help but notice is the colour. Each to their own, but it's pretty gruesome in my view. Then there's the price. Is £82k really viable, heavily optioned or otherwise? Perhaps I'm a little out of touch.

Cars at BMW dealers in Indiv colours with CCB's at just over £60k.

Could argue this is worth £55k looking like that. If they end up getting £60k they will be very lucky.

Edit. Noticed its been fiddled with despite only 300 miles. Akrapovic exhaust worth £4K a custom front splitter/spoiler.

They must have got that in part-ex for a right song as it's going to stick around waiting the right buyer.

I think it looks great in that colour although ridiculously overpriced at £82k.

They seem to have taken the cost of the car and added to that the total cost of the modifications and extra work they've completed to arrive at the £82k.

I normally disapprove of smoked tail light lenses but it this case it would make the rear acceptable.

I walked past that dealer on Saturday, and was so taken aback at the colour & the price of that very car, I took a photo!

Not sure if the colour is worse than this, or not...

It will be the only one in that colour, so a sure fire winner.

That's lovely...... a pale met green shade is the only proper colour for an Aston if you have any sole for the brand and it's history smile

This. Everybody moans about resale silver & the sad trend for white cars then disses something different rolleyes

Don't get me wrong, it's not a colour I'd choose but fair shout for being brave enough to break away from the sheeple & go your own way!

The official list price of that car would be ~£79,250. But big discounts can be had on these... so the purchase price was probably nearer to £67,500. That leaves circa £15,350 in the asking price for:
- the Akra exhaust (which they are an official supplier of)
- the paint correction and PPF by Topaz (who they work with a lot)
- the Vorsteiner wheels which are mentioned by not illustrated (once again, they are an official supplier)
- the Vorsteiner carbon bits
- a Tracker

Makes it neither good value nor bad value at £82,850 in my opinion... it does, however, bet a lot on someone falling in love with that exact colour combination and not being able to wait 3 months to order it themselves from new directly from BMW, and fit the bits they please (and not the ones the seller has an affiliation with).

If the owner of the company gets some use out of it while its for sale, I guess its a breakeven exercise which adds some variety to their already rather varied (and reputable) car dealership.
