Telegraph quoting that it was some sort of home=made firearm... Says all you need to know about the shooter if he's stupid enough to use something I imagine to be cobbled together.
A home made multi shot pistol sounds pretty complex to cobble together.HorneyMX5 said:

link ?"He shot this lady once and then he shot her again, he fell to the floor, leant over shot her once more in the face area.
Very sad.
shes not going to make a 100% recovery from this one... she'll be lucky to make a recovery at all.

It actually looks like some sort of street incident she stepped into rather than a targeted attack on her.
This will end up being a "person stopped taking medication" incident - I bet.
Shot twice, and then she collapsed on the floor. Then she was shot in the face. After being tackled she was repeatedly stabbed. This will end up being a "person stopped taking medication" incident - I bet.
Absolutely horrible.

Britain First on LBC right now. Paraphrase... "We think it's disgusting, an attack on democracy. We are interested in verifying these claims".
It's highly unlikely to be anything directly controlled by BF (they're neither quite that stupid as to think this would be a good idea or clever enough to plan such an attack). However it could well be someone who read their online propaganda and that triggered them into carrying out this attack.
So not so different to the Paris police attack this week - not organised by an extremist group, but perhaps, triggered by them.
