No leaning either way, no undecided just same choices as the ballot paper.

Hopefully the moderation team will allow this one to run.

Plenty of discussion threads already but both sides feel free to give it a bump if it drops off the first page.

Unless it could be a sticky for the next 4 days and then no bumps are required.

The results at this stage (28% in, 72% out) demonstrate why PH NP&E should be never be taken as in any way reflective of UK sentiment as a whole.

Somehow I doubt that our poll will reflect the actual vote, although I wish it would!
There are too many scaremongers and liberal and lefty idiots who obviously want Britain to become the R-Sole of the world.
NO U.S.E!

No that's true there isn't much for mouth breathers , trustafarians , trendy leftys and other dross on here so not that representative of all the population... we have some token leftys and village idiots which gives a small level of balance !

You say that, but then the support for UKIP in the last election was fairly representative. Really, who knows, it's quite exciting.

I couldn't sleep last night for sheer, unbridled trepidation - the hope that I'd log on to PH this morning and find a brand spanky new EU thread.

Imagine my satisfaction, relief and joy when I found that the 23,101st EU thread had indeed been created.

Wonderful.

Con: 51%
UKIP: 31%

There must be an algo someone could run to correct. biggrin

2015 actual GE:
CON 36.9
LAB 30.4
UKIP 12.6
LD 7.9

Thing about Brexit though, is that many people will be setting aside normal party loyalties.

I think the last bit is probably true but PH NP&E is still not representative of the wider electorate. Thankfully.

Voted out, as I have done for all of them.

The decision gets easier and easier as only one thing is actually relevant: do I want our laws made in London or Brussels?

All of the waffle about economics, jobs, immigration, MP's being murdered, etc is just window dressing. The bottom line is governance and where its seat is. Nothing else is relevant. Nothing.

Anyone who votes "remain" should be able to honestly answer the question "do you want to be governed from Brussels" with a resounding and unequivocal "YES". If they can't then LEAVE is the only honest choice for them.

For me it didn't start out as immigration but has become so. The forecast of 6m new migrants from within the EU over the next 15-20 years if we reamin.

Those 6m people who because they are mobile and of working age ( generally those who migrate ) will compete directly with my children for jobs, houses, healthcare and other resources. And I'm sorry but we were here first.

Remainers will say that of course having control of our own borders and not being subject to automatic right to free movement of those 6m won't help us stop them coming. Frankly I don't believe that for a minute.

We need migration, but not the current uncontrolled migration that we have.
