The Lib Dems were instrumental in us having a large Tax free Allowance, currently standing at £11k. That's quite a major achievement.
That increase in the tax-free allowance was a long-standing Conservative idea arising from the Tax Reform Commission set up in 2005 by George Osborne as Shadow Chancellor. In coalition, the LibDems 'borrowed' it and have been claiming credit ever since.

Possibly part of some quid-pro-quo arrangement, or he screwed up and was outmanoeuvred.

LOL want a joker!

They can't wait to take the p155 out of us during these negotiations. They can sit back and enjoy pulling the chain of Feckless Foxy and Dumbo Davis and their nasty anti foreigner backwards policies.

The first thing they really need to sort out is who will be the lead negotiator. The commission has no power in the appointment. That lies with the Council and they have appointed Didier Seeuws.

Yep, the smart brexiteers in the audience proved her wrong by booing her.

She realised she was welcome after that rolleyes

Where the on earth does the "thick racist" label come from? smile

Remainers' wilful imagination.

Try hard to spot the logic fails in what she said.

“Fifty-two per cent of the voters voted against immigration. Polish is the second most popular language in this country and therefore majority of the people voted against the Poles.”

As a hint, there's one in the first sentence and one in the second sentence. It's fortunate there wasn't a third sentence.
