This Referendum has polarised opinion like no other. Quite a few hate figures, depending on which side you are on.

Let's hear your nomination for the most reviled politicians since the last referendum, as many as you can think of, - an easy one:

Unless we can have a top five, I think I have to agree, you've killed your own thread at birth.

Does it have to be a British politician? Cos I've gotta think Dubya would be right up there. Marine le Pen et patris, likewise.

I dunno, Blair & Mandy were talented regardless of what anyone says. I feel like Cameron thought he was Blair but lacked the talent. He's like Game of Throne's Cersei to Blair's Tywin Lannister.

Yes but the selection criterion is "most reviled", not "least talented".

On second thoughts, hands down it goes to Turkey's "Reggie" Erdogan.

Before I opened the thread I thought they'd be a picture of Farage. I thought I'd kill the thread with the killer posting of nominating Blair.

I'm a little disappointed.

Most reviled? Not even top 100. Most laughed-at, maybe.

Kinnock. Both as MP & MEP. Odious prick.

And Diane Abbot as close second.

You might be on to something there. Farage is polarising in the extreme. In the past few years he's the one who I imagine produces the strongest level of actual revulsion. Maybe Jean-Marie Le Pen beats him though- he actually had lefties voting right with the slogan "vote for the crook, not the fascist!"
