Free Webhosting?

Thanks I had a look at that, but it's pretty impenetrable, so not for me (I used to be pretty tech savvy, but modern documentation leaves me bewildered. I suppose it's so the vendor can sell you horrendously expensive certification courses to explain how it actually works! )
Still looking for suggestions, although I may have found a friendly site owner who can help...

£15/annum for TSOHost.
Not unlimited bandwidth though, but if you're getting that much traffic you sure as hell don't want to be on a free host!
Well, that's the rub, there's no commercial value to it, so it's only for interest. I've been hosting it on a paid server, but my interest had waned and, therefore, my enthusiasm for paying to do so.Not unlimited bandwidth though, but if you're getting that much traffic you sure as hell don't want to be on a free host!
It looks, though, that someone has stepped up to offer me free hosting, so that's sorted it.

Most 'free' services seem to offer quite draconian limits on bandwidth for free hosting sites.
I can't think why? The ones that don't will usually put malicious ads all over your pages to cover the costs. But thanks to adblockers, these are dying out.
Bandwidth isn't free, and you can't have an infinite amount of it, even if you owned your own datacenter...
I'm curious to what you host that requires 'unlimited' bandwidth that you refuse to pay even a penny for.
