Oh, that'd be great! Oops EU, we were wrong, our electorate are fools and we want to stay. Can we just make like it never happened? Sorryio... lol, wink, hehe, titter etc

What a nation of fking arris' we'd look then! They'd have us by the short 'n curly's!

Grow some fking gonads, we're here, we need to deal with it and show some strength! People fking whinging all the time make us look like retards.
No they wouldn't. We would still have the mandate to exit and that will be there till we do.
The EU don't want us to leave so it would be a useful tool for negotiation in future even if it is a bit like bringing a loaded gun to the negotiating table.
Having that constant threat over them would be a very uncomfortable place to start negotiations.

Let them come to us, and let's have the Europe that we want - not a single currency, single bank and single parliament full of unelected bureaucrats.

The majority of MPs are remain. They should do their job & govern. IE rip up the X factor vote, that was swayed by outright self confessed lies from the Clueless Brexit lot..
Good idea throw a way democracy and risk civil unrest and the MPs being voted out at the next GE
They wouldn't make it to the next general election.

The people have spoken, get the fk on with it.

Well 48% of the people have spoken too - where does that leave you?

Just like you'd welcome back your cheating wife, of course. That'd be fine, no long-term problems. You're mental. This has always been a strong country, now we have to have strength of convictions and live with the choices - the democratic choices - for better or worse.

Place is full of fking whining weasels.
I'm afraid to say I agree with this.

We are in for a sharp, deep recession.

There will be alot of job losses.

House prices will fall sharple.

Taxes will have to rise.

And of course we will still have mass immigration.

However, UK citizens will still be free to live and work in the EU. People can use that mobility. And we will be free to do deals with countries currently off limits on terms that suit us.

It's definitely a case of short term pain for long term gain.

And I said those things knowing that redundancy looms for me at the end of this year, so facing my own non-EU related uncertainties!

If you were to overlay the vote leave boundaries against MP constituencies you'd have a lot of out of work MP's!

48% wasn't enough though was it.

The referendum has been voted on, it's decided.

No ifs, or buts or my granny shouldn't have been allowed to vote.

The sooner article 50 is invoked the better, it will shut up the whingers trying to say we don't have to leave and we can move forwards.

Actually people voting leave on the basis of getting rid of foreigners , an imaginary amount of money appearing to fund the NHS and, of course, making britain great again rooooaaarrrrrr! makes us look like retards.

Well, 52% of us anyway.

Your efforts would have been better placed persuading people to vote the same way as you.
I did poll as many people as I came into contact with in business on a daily basis prior to the vote, and the vast majority agreed with me that a remain vote would be best, however the final result was a surprise. I did not insult people who did not agree with me and I respect the opinions given, I still think leaving is wrong for the economy and wrong for the next generation.
It doesn't matter if you think the outcome was wrong, it was the democratic will of the electorate.

Did I try and overthrow the Labour government in the early noughties, despite despising them and them ruining the country?

No.
UK is not ruled by the tyranny of the masses, it's an elective democracy. For example if 56 million people said we should kick out everyone who lives in Hull, send them to the Falklands, MPs can quite rightly say "no, we're not doing that no matter what you say"
Then you can vote them out and fing someone who will do it

I'm not disagreeing with you, and I'm not saying leaving is a good thing. But, we're up to our necks in it now and have to deal with it without looking like a bunch of fairies.

On this occasion the democracy construct fell apart and showed it to be what it really is. That is, sometimes it may not be healthy, but if you give people choice, be prepared to live with it!

And the elective democracy decided to offer a referendum which asked a simple question and requested a simple majority. If the elective democracy then decides to ignore said result or uses other means to get around said result I hope the Queen uses her powers to remove the said elective democracy.

No, actually nothing is decided, no matter how much you want that to be the case. To be fair, I think both sides are having a whinge - Farage is moaning that Boris has betrayed his cause!

Boris currently reminds me of a naughty school boy whose prank to set fire to a bush outside his dorm has resulted in the whole school catching fire. He's scarpered off now and is watching sheepishly from behind the bushes.

I think a narrow remain vote is what most people, including him expected and the Kipper obsessed Farage expected the same . I think that's why there is no plan B.

No.

But to be fair I can't vote in General Elections here either as I am not a citizen in Fr Merkel's territory.

Dis-enfranchised? It's the new black.

I was reading today that a leading QC, an expert on constitutional law says the the referendum vote is not enough to leave the Eu, we need a vote in Parliament to change the law.
We are not governed by mass opinion but by Parliament. So can we stay in after all?
I for one hope so!
Pathetic straw clutching.

Can I have a rerun of the football last night, only I was a bit disappointed with the result.

There is no plan B or indeed plan A because the leave campaigners are not the elected government, what exactly can they do until a new Tory leader is selected?

I keep seeing this repeated and it's just nonsense.
