Happiest Day of the Year - News to You?

Psychologist Dr Cliff Arnall has worked out that this is the happiest day of the year in 2016, so how was is it for you?

The rationale supposedly includes economic and transport-related factors so it's perfect for this happy forum on PH: school holidays with less traffic, vacations to enjoy, warmer sunnier weather (supposedly) with more to come, lower heating bills and pay day for many.

I went for Happy myself, with only 4 more work days until holidays stopping it from being any higher! I actually quite enjoy my job at the moment, so this time last week, it would've been even higher, but now that holidays are so close, the second hand seems to be taking forever to get round every minute!

Good run out on the mountain bike last night, topped off with two decent pints of real ale in the local. Just bumped into an old mate on another bit of PH - which is always nice - and got the weekend completely free to do as I please (within the bounds of SWMBO's approval of course).

No reason not to be happy a large, laughing horse.
