I've seen him driving around London in it with absurdly loud bass booming out, despite the windows being closed. Pillock.
Are you saying he wouldn't of been a prick if he had the windows open? Really, surely thats waaaay worse?Personally if I like a tune and want to turn it up, i shut the windows so no one has to endure / appreciate my music. Seems like he may of had the same thoughts?
(he is still a pillock though)
He may 'have' been a prick. He may 'have' had the same thoughts as you.
But not 'of'.

I met this chap last year at a post Glastonbury BBQ - I had my 4 month old with me and this Grimshaw chap was making a fuss of him. He seemed perfectly pleasant and polite.
I had absolutely no idea who he was until my wife later informed me, I wasn't really any the wiser afterwards to be honest! He certainly wasn't however acting the 'big I am'.
I don't really understand the vitriol being show on this thread? There are many celebrities that I dislike in terms of their work, but I'd never be so unnecessarily rude about them.
Some of you need to step away from the keyboard and get some fresh air!

PH is whatever place we want it to be. It's a free and open (within limits) forum. So - for a start you can't tell me what I can or can't say.
Agreed, and I haven't told you what you can or can't say. I just said that it's not the place for whiny SJWs - fortunately it hasn't quite descended into meeting place for hand wringing apologists quite yet.Eric Mc said:
All I usually refer to is perhaps people should have some thought for others. As for not reading things I don't like - what's the fun in that?
And there we have it; a whiny SJW that delights in being offended on others peoples behalf.Without knowing the age of the G Wagon it's probably wrong to judge, but an ideal opportunity to give the chassis a jetwash and perhaps even a can of Dinitrol before it goes back on it's wheels. I imagine that's what he has in the blue carrier bag.
Even so, I'd wager he's never been proper off roading in that thing. At the most he's probably just driven up an incline in the garden

Is the last part of the sentence about driving up an incline in the garden a euphemism for something?

1: He has an annoying voice.
2: He is better paid than 99% of powerfully built PH directors.
3: He hangs around with all the fit popstar girls we all want to bang.
4: He doesn't bang them!
5: For PHers born in the eighties he was placed on radio one to get rid of us and thus reminded us that we were officially old.
6. He has a nice car that we are fairly sure he doesn't appreciate in an enthusiasts approved manner.
So basically totally part of the out group, welcome to the internet where we cluster and denigrate our out groups
What a nob!!!!!!!

It was a 16 plate, so a maximum of 5 months old!Even so, I'd wager he's never been proper off roading in that thing. At the most he's probably just driven up an incline in the garden
He's not even the best at something when he makes it up himself. He is now the second best at his own sport of Mercedes flipping

A GLE on its side 6 seconds into a test drive, can this be beaten?

Number 2 reminded me of this from news reports last year.
Chris Moyles shows Nick Grimshaw who has financial X Factor as Radio 1 legend reveals £1.1m profits"
The former Breakfast Show host's profit £1,100,000
His successor Grim Nickshaw's reported profit £263,792
Good luck to both of them, with their annoying voices
