As is being reported Clinton had to leave the 9/11 memorial event due to a 'medical episode'.

I've noticed that she has portrayed a lot of weird behaviour, this video in particular sticks in my mind -

Obviously a whole load of conditions could cause double vision, which has led to speculation of her health for some time as I understand it.

She is in big trouble over this. Fox News will be running that video 24/7 for the next two weeks. They had already been questioning her health over the last few weeks (although not to the extremes that some people on the net have.) & this is just a gift to them. I would imagine some people in the Democratic Party maybe thinking of a Plan B.

So hard to tell what is wrong in that video. I've seen people look like that if they are about to faint. I've also seen people look like that if they are having a stroke or a type of seizure. And the problem is her team is not going to tell us the truth until they work out which truth they want to use.

That's her biggest issue. She wouldn't be the first POTUS with health issues and even a slightly unwell Hillary would probably still defeat Trump at the polls however the constant spinning and half truths from her team makes the whole thing look worse than it probably is.
