As per topic - anyone used their products?

Any good? Seem expensive for what they are?

you get what you pay for, decent quality and it fits

a half decent joiner will cost as much.

They have been the mainstream option for many years - price varies depending where you buy.

Obviously there are alternatives - some higher, some lower priced.

EDIT - I have assumed you are talking about stair parts rather than building a completely new set of stairs.

I replaced our ballastrade a few years back. It's wearing really well. Good stuff.

Good to know. I came across their products in Covers and our stairs could do with updating.

Anyone know of a good joiner (Chichester area) that can fit?

Its ridiculous what these big companies try and charge, boils my piss. You could rip it out completely and fit a new solid oak staircase for less than half that. Far better get Burbidge/Stair box components and pay a joiner to fit, it's only a few days work.

Or you could get a price 3x that (ie £30k) apparently that's what my neighbour, who owns a high end oak joinery business, charges per flight.

yeah i know the salesguy spent ages here, then looked me in the eye and said 12k, said what did i think of the price, i said erm no way did i think it would be that much. He said we are a premium company!! lol i said i dont have that.
we have measure up today and with stairbox we can bring everything to just over 2k thats over ordering the parts for bad cuts etc. we are going to give it a go ourselves, she another poster on here with some before and after pics and spurred me on,
