I'm surprised that no 9n on this thread has mentioned Labour dropping to third in Cameron's old seat.

Their percentage of the vote fell by two points as well. Hardly a ringing endorsement for Corbyn.

To be fair, I don't think many of the residents of Witney are his target demographic smile.

Is there some inverted power law/ratio on Labour membership growth v vote decline? Labour doubled its membership in Witney and halved its vote...

Maybe JawKnee has called it all wrong? Heaven forbid!

This thread has gone quite quiet.

Is it my impression that Labour are keeping their heads down, as almost everything they do or say seems to make things worse?

I'm looking forward to the GE. I've always wondered what it must have been like in the 80s with Mrs T taking the Welsh Windbag apart at PMQs every week before repeatedly winning landslides over him.... now it looks like I'll get the chance to find out!

That Mrs Balls (Y.Cooper) was on Radio 4 'Today' this morning. Hand-wringing about child refugees...

Diane Abbott correctly gauging the public mood again...

Age checks on migrants make her "ashamed to be British", apparently.

She's a hoot isn't she. She has a ludicrous view of things and a patronising sneering attitude towards normal working class people. She just thinks she knows best a real "do as I say" not as I do type . And yet she is a real woman with curve. These curves should be savoured and enjoyed.
I often think that Dianne would like to hand back great parts of the world to its people, that she would enjoy partitioning countries back to their ancestral tribes. I have pondered this thought several times. How I would love to draw a map of the world on Diannes wonderful body and slowly adjust it as per her instructions. I would need various colours for this, knowing Diannes attitudes I would think brown would be the most popular colour and what better shade of brown than chocolate flavoured body paint.
As I say its just an idea but I feel that if I could give Dianne the orgasm of a lifetime it may change her and make her a happier person.

She is the archetypal do as I say. The type that want to control because she knows better. Like many politicos in fact (and some councillors I have heard are worse than her so this is at many levels), except many know when their are out of their depth and better keep the hole under the nose shut in case it make them look stupid.

She is a contrarian, always has been. If no checks were proposed she would attack the opposition. She has no meaning of the word racism. I'm glad this is the Labour mouthpiece. Only making themselves more unpopular.
