If they'll lose both I expect he'll put out a mis-judged twitter about "the fight starts here" or somesuch..
I think more like an apology to the members who he'll feel he'll be letting down, as he stands down, either to aid a JC-lite follower take over, or a squabble between McDonnell and his lot and the blairrite rump.

Angela Rayner and Rebecca Long-Bailey, who are being tipped to run as leadership candidates, have also reportedly been assessed for popularity.
Surely a new low.

Angela Rayner couldn't understand Andrew Neil's questions, far less actually answer them.

Half a league, half a league,
Half a league onward,
All in the valley of Death
Rode the two hundred and twenty eight.
"Forward, the Red Brigade!
"Save our NHS!" he said:
Into the valley of Death
Rode the two hundred and twenty eight.
"Hold on" cried Corbyn.
"Shouldn't there be two hundred and twenty nine of us"
"Abbott" they cried back. "Migraine"

He is a tramp. Dresses, acts, and looks like a tramp.
Yay, at last !

A worthy successor to Michael Foot.

A big day for Jezza tomorrow. Winning Stoke should ease the pressure a bit but if Labour lose both by-elections then things could get interesting.

I can just imagine him having a portrait of Michael Foot at home...

Hanging between Lenin and Mao Tse Tung.

If he loses one (or both: they seem to have given up on Copeland) I expect a tweet to say "now the fight really starts"

Is that guy in his dressing gown? Doorstepping people when they're trying to get ready for work doesn't strike me as a good way of endearing yourself to the electorate.

I like the naive belief that someone in their dressing gown in Stoke is getting ready for work! hehe

Will Dorris help make labour lose?
Those voters who are not really engaged v those real anti Corbyn voters will be far more likely

Midnight then...

My view is Doris will have a strong bearing on the outcomes tonight. Turn out is very low by all accounts, around 30%.
