I think the thought for the day boards are great and the fact that the staff pretty much get to choose what they write is brilliant. I don't want to go on twitter, because a lot of the people I'd want to follow aren't people I'd want anyone to think I support.

Twitter themselves would benefit from greater eyeballs too, as folk like me would sign-up.

you could see the opposite effect when the people who think they are popular realise they aren't, so stop tweeting. It could kill off "social media infuencers" overnight.

I freely apologise on my own behalf for not foreseeing this eventuality.

In my defence, or perhaps more so for the prosecution(?); all of her words are 'clumsy' surely?
