The seat remains a big blue one.
I'd be far, far more worried if I were Labour. Though even they will likely be thinking that the LibDems spent loads to be a still distant 2nd.
No credible opposition will be fun for a little while, but eventually it could well be a problem.
Edited to add that every time I see Farron on TV he seems to be a bigger and bigger cretin with the rubbish he spouts.

As I said in another post, Ukip hardly campaigned at all, we have achieved our goal.
Was "our goal" losing their deposit? They achieved that No the goal was to be free of the EU. That bastion of cheap parking and shopping LOL!
I see today they are having fun with Canada, so much so the their International Trade Minister, Chrystia Freeland, went home. Ha ha ha.
The Kipper last week in Witney was not even actively campaigning, he was driving his American classic car around the town - perhaps, like me he parks in the FREE multi-storey and has saved as much as me to not bother about his deposit? LOL
Yet we had all and sundry here from the Lib-Dums - Farron and Clegg now actually know the back streets of Witney LOL!
A small group were celebrating just off the High Street as I walked back to the FREE multi-storey car park. Bedecked in bright yellow a lady was thanking people for their support of the Lib-DUMS. As she approached me I just gave a wry smile and said 'Well done, but you realise second wins nothing. Like a motor race, nobody remembers the second place competitor, only the winner.'
EVERYONE will remember Ukip! LOL. Job done.
A report around the time of CMD's departure from Number 10 gave some interesting insights into the life of an ex-PM by comparing CMD to Bliar.
At the time, CMD insisted he loves being MP for Witney, with plans to continue in the role beyond the general 2020 election. The man who chided his electorate for being quitters if they voted Leave managed to quit twice in quick succession and didn't quite make it to 2020. Nice!
His salary was halved during the time he was on the back benches, reducing from around £150k to £75k.
Unfortunately for the taxpayer, CMD's decision to scrap the traditional gold-plated pension handed to former PMs can't be applied retrospectively to A Blair. Which is fair enough and how things must be for everyone, but still a shame as Teflon Tony has been receiving a non-contributory pension equivalent to half his salary as PM since the day he stepped down for Brown, aged 53 nearly 10 years ago.
Even though Blair has earned millions after leaving Number 10, the Cabinet Office has confirmed that he has continued to claim pension income of around £80,000 per year.
Due to his selfless decision, the also-rather-wealthy Mr Cameron has been contributing to the standard ministerial pension and will have to wait to get his hands on his £20,000 per year pension.
To help make ends meet (!) CMD has remortgaged his £4m Notting Hill pad to raise £800,000 in cash. So it's bye bye Call Me Dave and hello Call Him Bob.

Brexit hasn't happened
The only pro remain party gave the Conservatives a scare in their own back yard LOL
There will be numerous votes & twists and turns yet
Why is Canada's inability to get a deal good news ? We will be there with the begging bowl soon. Get nothing then a second referendum, or EU could agree to tear up article 50 & offer us improved terms LOL

IT'S OVER! WE ARE LEAVING! It's called DEMOCRACY! The vote was for the people, not MPs, no other body. YOU LOST. SO SO SO SIMPLE. It's not hard to understand. Unless, of course, you're a baby in a pram! LOL
They (Lib-Dums) did not scare anybody. LOOK AT THE TURNOUT! Predict the General Election NOW. I will. The Tories will win, like they always do here.
Brexit WILL happen.
Stop your fretting and get on with your life, you'll only ruin it. You'll have a very sad existence if you keep fretting so. Christ, even if it went to a second ref, and you LOST again, what would you do? Spend your life fretting? What a life! You only live once you know. If we had said remain, I'd have carried on.
Struggles come, struggles go. Obstacles are always in the way. Have you never lived? I made a mistake in 75. I didn't lose sleep ...at all. You be careful, you'll end up at the docs at this rate. Christ, no wonder 50 MILLION anti-depressant prescriptions were handed out last year in the UK alone. Still, keeps one massive business ticking over better than any other in the world, eh?
