Jungle dismantling to start Monday, expected to last a week.
How are they going to do this? Where are the hundreds/thousands going? Just curious

From your favourite News broadcaster:

" Another day in the "Jungle", another tear-gassing for the children of Calais.
As a convoy is diverted too close to the migrant camp, shouts go up, gangs of young men and boys charge through the underpass which forms the entrance to the camp, desperate to board the trucks.
French police are quick to respond, and soon CS canisters are exploding among the migrants, forcing them back into the camp.
Among them is Mohammed, 16. His lungs and eyes are full of the choking gas.
He has no-one here to look after him, and he desperately wants to get to Britain "

How many of these s are there in the jungle?

How about just hire about 30 trucks, empty, drive northbound toward the tunnel, back doors unlocked, let about a 100 of them on board, quick U turn and fk off down to Spain with them. Let them out and let hem walk back,

The favourite for the French Presidency wants to move the border from Calais to Kent. Didn't Brexiturds tell us this would never even be considered? Now we could see the jungle in Dover.

Why would there be a Jungle in the UK, for immigrants all trying to get back to France?

You're not that bright, are you!? laugh

Like UN/FEMA camps? I'm guessing manned by military or private security? I just read the BBC article and it's say spread over France and Europe, that's gonna end well

Pray tell us, if the border was moved to the UK, why/how would that result in a "Jungle"?

For info we have no obligation to do things the French tell us to do. And we will have even less obligation after leaving the EU.

Juppe's proposal to scrap Touquet is nothing to do with Brexit and the Touquet accords are nothing to do with the EU.

Just out of curiosity, if we can't determine the age of these children, due to lack of paperwork, how can we determine they're actually related to the people in the UK they say they are?
Interesting point.

A DNA test would help.

You've got yourself confused. The border agreement with France works very much in our favour.

France have no obligation to do things we tell them to and will have even less obligation after leaving the EU.

If Le Touquet is torn up, it means the British won't be making border checks for immigration on french soil. We'd then have to do it in Dover meaning the immigrants will find it a lot easier to cross the channel and end up camped in Dover.

Hurray for Brexit!

Except Touquet is nothing to do with the EU and scrapping it is nothing to do with Brexit.

Easier how? Have they got money to spunk on ferry / eurostar tickets? And when it gets to "passport please" and they fail to provide one why wouldn't we just send them straight back?

If I rock up at JFK airport and I'm suddenly unable to produce my passport, what happens? Pretty sure I wouldn't be let free to go and establish my own camp.
