It was something I heard on BBC Wales the other day.

There was much contradiction in the early reports. Only to be expected of course. But various politicians and officials, I think from the NCB, kept up the misinformation.

I think there's little doubt that it did move quite fast towards the end but I think it started quite slowly. But then later reports suggested that such minor movements went on all the time.
