What I find funny is that same people who were outraged by James O'Brian destroying his Nigeness are now getting excited about some noname LibDem.
If you're referring to the interview held a couple of years ago I wouldn't call that destroying him. O'Brian raised a couple of tricky questions to Farage who in turn answered them candidly. MarshPhantom said:

Just to put it in some context, the LibDems are polling 8% nationally. Ukip who have spent the summer having punch ups and merry-go-round leaders and lost any real reason for actually existing post referendum, are polling 13%
So how come UKIP have just one MP and the Lib Dems nine?jjlynn27 said:

Anecdotal; from few friends who live there, Zac was not really held in high regard at all.
Have you got a link to the interview? I've not rated James O'Bian as an interviewer and I'd be interested to hear him 'destroy' the media savvy Farage. I can't imagine Farage being lost for words on such a basic question or flouncing off without saying something either. I tend to agree with this. It is this sentiment that could just see Corbyn in Downing St in 2020 (or before).
I have been a Tory all my adult life but Theresa May's Tory party has never felt less like my party. I - and a large number of people that I know, are erring much more towards the Lib Dems. I don't think that it is entirely unreasonable to envisage the situation where a shift of the of the middle class professional Tory vote to the Lib Dems and shift of the more working class Tory vote towards UKIP or labour could see Corbyn in Downing St, albeit probably as head of a Lib Dem/Labour coalition
Tory lead in polls reaches record levels (and has been much higher since the replacement of Cameron by May)I have been a Tory all my adult life but Theresa May's Tory party has never felt less like my party. Yes the realignment in politics will continue, but for every affluent, virtue signaling, middle class voter they lose they seem to be picking up more than one from the working class.

fk me that was seriously cringeworthy!!Just watching ITV London news - Zac Goldsmith apparently 'down & out'. He is a tt - even more of a moron than the new MP!
Here is another debate that O'Brien clearly won.
I think that I have a Scottish cousin, don4ld.
O'Brien starts by complaining about "inarticulate rage". What follows is great fun.

It's quite clear to me that the people of Richmond didn't know what they were voting for.
Maybe they were 'low information' voters, seduced by BBC, Guardian and Economist propaganda, brainwashed by demagogues like Branson, Geldof and Blair. Can we trust people like this with the big decisions affecting us all, like who sits in parliament?
We need a second vote, a chance to get it right. The country needs saving from this kind of person.

The one where Patrick O'Flynn had to interrupt the interview? How would you call that?
He didn't need to interrupt, and if you watch it Farage told him to go away because he wanted to continue answering a question. Then again if you are getting your thoughts from order-order, your position is unsurprising.
