Ironic given whenever you post on this forum YOU suffer an embarrassing defeat laugh

TBH Once the people of RP realise that the Lib Dem woman's husband is connected with the 3rd runway she'll be gone.

I'd love to see her gone just for the ott showboating and nonsense about Brexit!

RE; The above comment about tree plantings etc. All I get from our local LibDem is ste about how he can save the world (forgetting he is and always will be in opposition ffs!)

More likely I reckon

The country has weakened it's own hand

On the plus side Olney was top of my list of people I wanted to see lose a seat so not all bad

I found it interesting that last time it was held up as a surefire sign of not wanting hard Brexit. Now in reverse, not so much.

you can argue either way now whether hard is more or less likely - but this is down to Mays new chaos coalition of bigoted terrorist sympathisers ... the irony is huge

i have heard that olney was pretty crap mp compared to zac which is perhaps part of the reason - but it was hardly a crushing majority for zac was it?

when that tombstone went up I had expected May to temper the arrogant hard brexit line - she didn't totally ignored it. and now look where she is - dead in the water.

can't see many positives for brexit hard or otherwise from yesterdays disaster. brexit a total clusterfck - who knew? why did no one consider these risks........strong and stable my arse, the tories have wrecked this country in 2 short years.

even someone as useless as corbyn did well against this shower. utterly useless and the PH circle jerk think these idiots could negotiate a good brexit......

Have to say I agree with this. If you can't slam dunk a 20% poll lead, you're hardly instilling confidence in people to negotiate our country's future.
