I couldn't see this in the benefits of brexit thread.

Still setting up in 2019 gives time.....

The result CAN'T be overturned, that was the question and you have an answer. Sorry you don't like it.

A Bible bashing Socialist- do you really think his views are mainstream. He's just upset he won't get any intelligence information and he knows he's in the st. You know what though, it shows what a bunch of immature tts they really are. Name calling and threatening each other. We all know they'll be signing us up to a sweetheart deal. Happy to bet anything you want. Take my money if you're so sure

That article has no content whatsoever so far as I can tell that would relate to the UK doing a u-turn on Brexit. So what is your point?

What it is filled with is the bile and protectionist insular attitude seemingly present in the minds of many within the EU's institutions.

Why would he be so against cooperation between EU institutions and Britain for the benefit of both? A very strange attitude to take indeed.

"The new subsidiary will have its own board and employ about 60 staff initially, including people already working in Germany and Italy. Some 10 to 20 staff will be based in Brussels at the start, including the chief executive of the new business. Beale said the “odd job” might move from London – for example, people who have European roles."

That looks more about the Ts and Cs of Brexit at the moment, not about Brexit or no Brexit.
I sincerely hope that you are right and I am wrong.
political suicide telling them 'we want to stop'.
Where as the introduction of the special brexit tax at say 6p in the pound will win immediate public support for dream team leave.

Name calling and threats. The UK and Faragettes have never done that to the EU - many here are very respectful towards Junker.

Funny how some can give but can't take. Like weak bullies.

I see the security threat is going well.

Has anyone told the French and out other friends to get out of Lossie and stop protecting our subs.

Bonjour and merci for coming over to help gloss over our military shortfalls!

Irony off the scale.

A50 "a historic moment from which there is no turning back", this is rather inconvenient to your pipe dream so while you may ignore it as many times as you wish, we're heading out already - the 29th was yesterday.

So when we are threatening to stop co-op with EU on defence, do we want

a) the french to carry on protecting our subs or
b) stop protecting our subs

I can't work out if there is a flaw in this threat?

What do you think? Is it all a great plan, or is it monumental muppetry?

Come on even the express (basic level brexiteering) has seen how the wheels have come off that weak argument

Fair enough, if they aware of the sacrifice, then that's fine.

It was 27% of their entire output in 2015.

To be fair MrrT, we handled and accepted the emergency budget and house price collapse pretty well.

I'm sure we'll cope just fine with your 6p Brexit tax biggrin

You're looking at UK figures in plain terms of turnover, rather than profit. I would argue the UK is probably Europe's largest luxury/sports/prestige export for Germany and, therefore, represents a significantly more profitable market than the flat numbers suggest.
