The 'journalist' concluded that, even if the allegations are completely false, this still could damage Trump and there will always be the suggestion that they are true, and he is now tainted!
'
That is the entire point. This is why the MSM is flooded with fake news in which the authors hide behind terms like "alleged." The avoid legal repercussions and plant seeds.'
To be fair though, fake news is not new. The CIA has planted journalists in major news outlets for decades. See Operation Mockingbird.
Trump has done his fair share of alleging or insinuating things hasnt he!
...
Hillary Clinton was too ill to serve as president.

Her side maintained that she was as fit as a butchers dog, unwaveringly, despite evidence to the contrary.
I don't think it qualifies as fake news, regardless of which way it's slanted

In the interview, much to everyone's surprise, Trump gave a very general, and extremely diplomatic reply to Hillary's pneumonia diagnosis. He told Fox & Friends, "The coughing fit was a week ago, so I assume that was pneumonia also ... Something's going on but I just hope she gets well and gets back on the trail and we'll be seeing her at the debate."
There you go - Trump is now a decent person by your standards p1stonhead said:

D
Also, IIRC, he did wish her a speedy recovery after she was tossed into that van like a side of beef in NYC.

Did they ever factually prove that Trump was doing cocaine during the debates? Not to my knowledge. Didn't stop it from being claimed and widely reported though.
I wasnt saying it was right that it was claimed. Im saying that he cant make things up himself and then be annoyed when people do it back.amusingduck said:

No, he was caught in a lie and had to backtrack once he knew it was pneumonia. To be decent he wouldnt have said she was unfit without knowing if she was or not.
What are you talking about? No, he was caught in a lie and had to backtrack once he knew it was pneumonia. To be decent he wouldnt have said she was unfit without knowing if she was or not.
What lie was he caught in? Specifically.
Hillary has documented health issues (ie - fainting spells) dating back over 10 years. Why are you so convinced that her health issues are something that were first raised during the 2016 election, and that Trump was the person who raised them?
Sounds like you've been reading that fake news

Once he knew it was pneumonia, he wished her well after spouting that she was unfit to hold office.
How about addressing any of the other lies on the list I originally posted?

Lets be real....they ALL lied and talked minor points into big problems.
The US elections were even more of a car crash than the Brexit. The need to talk at the lowest common dominator was embarrassing for both of our countries.
100% agree. So why does he get so annoyed about it The US elections were even more of a car crash than the Brexit. The need to talk at the lowest common dominator was embarrassing for both of our countries.

Well as most of us know, they always do to varying degrees. The point I was making that sparked all of this is that our press is not free. It is controlled and in this election marched in lockstep to a degree unseen in my lifetime. The US elections were even more of a car crash than the Brexit. The need to talk at the lowest common dominator was embarrassing for both of our countries.
Any individual who cares about liberty would be concerned by this, regardless of political affiliation.
Agree, the BBC and a lot of the other media (esp the Tv) is populated by "politically motivated" journalists passing off their own agenda as independent analysis. It is this that is failing the people and our ability to make a choice, you really do have to work very hard to gain a balanced view. Even Songs of Praise managed to get involved on Sunday !
