It's this believing in sky pixes that worries me, this is why America can't ever be trusted to do anything, they are obsessed with trusting everything to 'God' and actually believe he looks over them...but only them and their allies...it's mental ..

Also Trump says he can eradicate ISIS totally.....and end terrorism... does anyone think he will?

Asking for lotto numbers kills any credibility you have because you keep going back to 'someone using logic based on historic evidence to explain their point is clearly using magic' laugh
Do I really have to repeat myself again ?

I am stopping this now, I am not certain about the future and cannot predict it. Just rinsing the same question{s} over and over again will get no extra certainty from me. As I have said many times I am not a reader of the future with the certainty you seem able to predict. If you wish absolutes, I suggest you ask yourself questions in your own mirror.

Failing to understand the point AGAIN!

But I agree I'm bored of your dodging the question too let's leave it. Let's just both assume Trump has magic beans smile

I'm astounded people think voting for Trump is a vote for the common person.
Very few people think that a vote for Trump is a vote for a common person or someone who truly represents a common person.

It is however, the aforementioned 'common person' giving two fingers to the establishment which has been serving us a succession of stooges who ignore the wishes of the electorate in order to keep the rich and powerful, rich and powerful since, well, forever.

Whether or not Trump demonstrates he will truly break with the establishment order - or is even any good at doing his job - remains to be seen, but it's excellent news that people are cottoning on to having been played by a ruling elite.
This is a fair point

There are many, who don't particularly like Trump as a person, who are willing to give him a go before passing judgement due to what he is seen to represent.

Comparisons are often drawn with Reagan but Reagan was a warm individual usually noted for his courteous behaviour. What should give many pause to reflect is that Trump won while being the man he is. The power of his ideas was enough for millions to choose to ignore his many unappealing traits and elect him leader.

Rather than continuing to whine hysterically on social media, and through the MSM, self professed "liberals" need to pause and think what message and policies they can offer the ordinary working man and woman in the 21st century. Because targeting identified "victim" groups and calling a racist everyone who disagrees with you isn't cutting it any more.

If the electorate are angry now, just think how angry they would be after another decade of stagnating or falling real incomes (after properly factoring in housing costs in the UK context)

So its power back to the people.

And the first thing he does is dismantle the healthcare initiative designed to provide care to all citizens?

Power back to the people to fend for themselves?

is it right that many of those with healthcare cannot afford to use it because they cant afford the deductible a bit like having fully Comp Car Insurance for £10 but with £10,000 Excess your insured to drive but if you have an accident your screwed

According to a cnbc.com tweet, the White House website page on climate change has been removed.

That should provide mixed emotions in these parts. biggrin

The first 100 days could be very interesting. I think if he fails to deliver signs of meaningful change to the old coal & steel areas within that time, he'll lose the support of that section of the population. A lot of that demographic seem to be those who rarely vote or have an interest in politics but were persuaded by his rhetoric.

I'm more concerned by some of his potential appointments to his cabinet - an education secretary who thinks some schools may need guns to protect them against bears, for example, or not understanding a federal law regarding disabled children's rights to education.
Plenty of sources for this http://www.npr.org/sections/ed/2017/01/18/51041723... , for example.
