..so some insecurity showing through there.
I'd say a bucket more than some insecurity. It's remarkable how much self-reference is laced into everything he says.

You'd think he'd be far more comfortable in himself given how much he keeps telling us he's achieved.
The flip side of that is he does like to big up the people around him and tell them they are doing a good job. He is a people person if you watch his body language.

That could mean he will be a delegator, rather than a dictator. Time will tell.

I think he will delegate.

I can tell you this, if things go wrong it will be their fault. And if things go right, it will be all down to President Trump. A victory will have one father.

Fair enough, he's got to start rolling in those victories and then basking in it. Too early to tell yet. I have very strong doubts, but the US made the choice and I am getting a bad taste in my mouth already on counter reactions before he has hardly done anything.

Pillory him if needed, but give him a chance in office first.

Being British I think that is only fair.

Heh.

Reminds me of when Unrep was upset about Trumpo's "locker room talk" while in the same thread repeatedly oogling a woman's breasts in photos from a charity event.

I do recall that pointing out his hypocracy triggered him in a major way. Shortly after he was banned from the thread.

hehe
Yeah people get banned for all sorts of reasons. Some people call out others to have the courage of their convictions and then get promptly banned for stating their opinion. Funny how some of those who create moronic epithets like 'snowflake' are themselves so sensitive.

That was rather selective.

What he said was we shouldn't have gone in to Iraq, he was against that intervention. But as they did go in, they left in such a bad way that enabled ISIS to form and gave them the money from the oil to arm.

That was his reference point to keeping control of the oil.
Well that would have gone down REALLY well at the time.

Convincing the world that the USA was going to keep Iraqi oil coming out of Iraqi oil fields on the premise that in 10 or 11 years time some group called ISIL was going to rear its ugly head and sell the oil for weaponry. Nobody would have bought that one.

It's called Narcissistic Personality Disorder. It's the same reason he has an untameable compulsion to publicly belittle and insult those he believes have slighted him. Anyone 'normal' in his position would ignore or rise above, but he literally cannot help himself. He calls it 'un-wounding myself'.

Just the sort of personality you want in control of the nucular codes...

Would you say Vladimir Putin has that also? Has he got the finger on the button? Are you complaining about that?

There are other ways to leave without creating such a massive vacuum in power that you create an ISIS that controls the oil fields and revenue.

That is what he is talking about.

The more sensible approach would have been to ensure what was left post war was able to take full control given enough time.

He isn't wrong they made a mess of the end game is he?

I like Trump, think he's a breath of fresh air and I think he'll want to prove a lot of people wrong and do a good job.

Hope all the moaners back down and leave him to get on with the job in hand.

Let's see how he gets on.

I don't think he cares much for Foreign Affairs or even the Military I can see him leaving his people to get on with it. I think he wants to concentrate on Mainland USA and that will definitely appeal to his Voters.

No, an observation and no double talk it's very straightforward some hypocrites here are so sensitive they ban any dissenting voices.

not just UK. the whole world.
first google result whows protests in Sydney, Berlin, London, Paris and Cape Town.

a good way of alienating their own countries from the US, which is pretty retarded as well as being deluded.

I think Trumpy beat them to that punch with his 'fk everyone else, it's all about us now' speech yesterday.

My word these people really are deluded. And presumably don't believe that democracy is the best method to elect someone.. It's funny how they only agree with Democracy when their "team" wins.

Do they think Trump is going to see this and go "oh no, some people in the UK are upset at my election, well, I best resign then....."
