Ok, so I have a gut feel that things won't be quite as straight cut as perhaps we may all think.

Depressing?

It's bloody hilarious.

How long before Hillary is arrested and thrown in prison?

Hilary will be instructing her court appointed lawyer from her 8x8 in her orange suit by the end of next week!

I am suspicious as to why the next 4 states' results have been delayed so long? I reckon al the cash points outside the Peninsula hotel have run out of 50's and the jet is being warmed up........

Why did Hilary run for President?

Because it's easier than running from the law.

He made a pledge to the American people.

She clearly broke the law, so she should be in prison. I would encourage leniency because of her age. 6 months would be enough to deter people breaching security systems in future.

Apparently the President isn't officially declared until the electoral college meets. Rather like our PM is not official until the queen asks them to form a government.

Just like we haven't left the EU yet?

I don't think that's a valid comparison. The PM meeting the Queen and being asked to form a government is a better one.

Leaving the EU was always going to need a 2 year period via Article 50, and the process to trigger Article 50 seems to be taking constitutional law to the very edge, due to the rarity of such a question.

Forming a government, or inaugurating a president after an election is however a lot more mundane, and far less likely to be challenged by sore loosers / self appointed warriors for democracy, the People and Guardian readers everywhere* in the courts.

There are wrongs on both side of the coin. The best for all of us is some kind of balance.

How do you get balance?

Do you think that Trump and Clinton could share the presidency?

Perhaps we could Leave the EU and also stay in?
