Are you trying to suggest non Muslims never attack LGBT people?

How many examples would you like?

1982 - The beating of Rick Hunter and John Hanson by Minneapolis police outside the Y'all Come Back Saloon on January 1, 1982. Hennepin County Hospital emergency room staff employees testified in court that the police called the two men "faggots" while the men were being treated for their injuries
May 15, 1988 - Tommy Lee Trimble and John Lloyd Griffin, two gay men, were harassed and later shot by Richard Lee Bednarski in Dallas, Texas. Bednarski was later convicted of the two murders but was sentenced to 30 years rather than life in prison. The judge who issued the sentence, Jack Hampton, said later that he did so because the victims were homosexuals who wouldn't have been killed if they "hadn't been cruising the streets" for men. Hampton's comments caused considerable controversy. He was later censured for his remarks and ultimately lost a bid for judicial re-election in 1992
May 16, 2007 – Sean William Kennedy, 20, was walking to his car from Brew's Bar in Greenville, SC when Stephen Andrew Moller, 18, got out of another car and approached Kennedy. Investigators said that Moller made a comment about Kennedy's sexual orientation, and threw a fatal punch because he didn't like the other man's sexual preference.
In 2016, for the first time the Justice Department used the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act to bring criminal charges against a person for selecting a victim because of their gender identity. In that case Joshua Brandon Vallum pled guilty] In that case Joshua Brandon Vallum pled guilty to murdering Mercedes Williamson in 2015 because she was transgender, in violation of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act.

Simple fact is there are good, bad, sick and evil people in every demographic you care to divide people into.
When you have to cite a case from 1982, it really shows your clutching at straws.

The 1982 case was included to show how recently US police officers were convicted of LGBT related hate-crime. Plenty more examples here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_violence_...

It had quite a lot of stories relating to the horrible attitude towards homosexuality through the Islamic world, the stories on there aren't true then?

I could of posted Pew polls, i could of posted videos from MemriTV and on and on again. We aren't going to see eye to eye. I've drawn out this argument long enough it's up for other members to decide on the legitimacy of the argument, as me and you will never agree and could easily nit pick each others posts for eternity. At least i've got a pal to riff on through all this i suppose.

The Pew research is interesting and a well respected source. It tends to show a fairly clear pattern of changing attitudes the further west the Muslims surveyed are. I'd suggest that's because, in many cases. they're accepting many of the values of the countries they're in. The repeated polls are of great value in spotting trends and highlighting the oddness of the C4 poll last year.

Memri I'm less keen on, given the number of inaccurate translations and selective editing techniques they've used in the past. These all strangely accidentally portray Jews in a positive and Muslims in a negative light. Of course, I'm sure it's accidental and in no way related to the fact that nearly half of the founders were ex Israeli Defence Force intelligence officers.

So being divorced more than once makes you a bad person but the ex pornstars and dominatrixes than run fake fact checking site Snopes does not indicate bad character.

I guess you had a change of thought then.
What, Melania runs Snopes?

I live here, and do follow the news.

There is the occasional flurry of hysteria over the latest group of immigrants, but no real "clash of cultures". I have read newspapee articles from the 50's bemoaning "Mediterraneans" (Italians and Greeks) and their knife-carrying ways - tabloids never change their spots.

ps We are also next door to the largest Muslim nation on earth, and they are mostly a very nice bunch of people.

How hard it must be to live in a world where only you know the truth and everybody else believes the lies, no wonder it has damaged your brain.

No, i saw your link, i also admit the existence of Jimmy Savile, i'm not here to say that whites people are these angelic beings who don't commit crime, i was merely showing Aw111 that the island of spiders had it's share of very nasty blokes and troubles relating to multiculturalism.

The thing is, they're NOT related to "multiculturalism". They're apparent in ALL cultures (as you yourself accept in the above post) But for some reason you feel the need to emphasise "multiculturalism" as if that's the reason these things happen...

The gang rapes in Australia and the grooming gangs in the UK shared a horrible idea though, that white women/girls, in fact in England Sikh girls too, were thought of as easy pray by these people, it was reason they were targeted, you cannot ignore that. It is a problem of multiculturalism, i have no issue with multiracialism you are not genetically predisposed to bad ideas, the culture of you and yours can be a heap of bad ideas though and thinking that they will happily exist side by side with our western culture is just wrong in my eyes.
