Rebekah Sutcliffe, one of the most senior female officers in the country, reportedly pulled down her dress to reveal her left boob, saying: “Look at these. Look at these. this is what happens when you over promote women, 107k/year and she's been off since May
What really annoys me is it was a 3 day event, at the bleeding Hilton, specifically for WPC's. And the cops are pleading poverty.

Yeah, that few £1000 (that may could be additional HO funding) would offset the 10s of millions in reductions...

t!Get real, I talk to many cops of both genders, the promotion structures have very little to do with ability, and a lot to do with box ticking. She's obviously got a very nasty streak and clearly not cut outto be a leader.
