Surely there can only be one set of rules in a locality?

There is only one set of rules locally and the German court says they adhered to them.

In other news our neighbourhood watch scheme has been a booming success.

Nothing wrong done.

The test would be if they started to prosecute the Sharia Law somehow - taking alcohol off someone, tried to cover up a woman etc...

Pretty certain that the orthodox Jewish community in Golders Green has had this for years.

But it will nonetheless scare the living st out of those who like to hide behind the sofa because Muslims.

I guess the devil is in the detail of how they "encouraged".

A chap in our town centre "encourages" people to find Jesus and he does it by bellowing loudly and handing out leaflets to anyone who's brave enough to get close.

It's not my cup of tea but I don't really mind as he's not harming anyone. I do wonder if he was brown and shouting about Allah if people would have the same reaction and rather shamefully I may include myself in that question.

Zerohedge & Gatestone rofl

You might as well head straight to Rush Limbaugh and Alex Jones.

Being as they are in Wuppertal, why do they not have shariah polizei on their jackets?

Usual condescension about people's fears.

It's difficult to be anything other when it comes to posts on here about sharia courts.

The situation has been explained time and time again.
It's almost as if people don't want to understand.

This is bullst and you all should know better. It is a matter of a short time that they will go a step further and throw a beating to some woman walking by without the proper headgear on, etc. Some bar will be attacked or their customers harassed, etc. There is no reason to believe they intend to simply be satisfied with handing out pamphlets. Do Baptist enclaves go around taking people's alcohol away? Do Jewish enclaves have "Kosher policemen" roam the streets looking to see if stores are selling non kosher items? Hindus? Etc; etc. Who other than Muslims consistently proclaim some sort of law over an area not consistent with that area's civil law? Others may do that on an internal communal level, however, the Muslims are persistent about taking it too far and working against civil law as opposed to working under it. How long is it going to take before it is understood that their (not all Muslims, but many) beliefs are not "designed" to assimilate into anything but rather to change others to conform?

Thanks. I suppose if you had said the "edge of the wedge" instead that would have been grossly self-absorbed as well as overtly "pun-ish". biggrin

in all seriousness, I will almost certainly be flamed by some usual suspects on here very soon. Mark my words though, some lawlessness related to "Sharia law in Wuppertal" will occur. Now, like the liberal news does over here, it will be reported as random or workplace violence with no mention of blatant clues to the contrary. However, the truth will surface quickly via social media or some other means.

I'm with you as well. The country determines the law.

Funny how the first 5 posts are from the usual PH Mujhadimwits saying how this is all fine and dandy but they still manage to complain about the supposed islamophobia of the site.

Irrational and unfounded fears deserve a lot worse that condescension, so think yourself lucky

I'm sorry, who are you?

Oh. A banned poster who's started to use his second account. Don't be shy - tell us all who you used to be. There's a chance someone will remember you.

Wasted opportunity to use the phrase "Kosher pigs".

But to answer your question, yes, they do. They're called Shomrim.

Smiler.

Oh look, another fat-muncher whose sole purpose in life it seems is to antagonise on an Internet forum so they can report back to another amidst a circle jerk of "yeah I told that poster on PH how racistphobe he is".

All rather pathetic really.
