Remember these are all only accusations - not all proven to date

It's probably the primary reason why victim-based crimes that aren't prosecuted, aren't prosecuted (when the suspect is known).
Exactly and there is crime outcome assigned to exactly these circumstances

I fully expect there to be a fair bit that can be done to improve the spotting and detection of people who abuse their position in this manner, and expect some forces will be better than others.
Abuse their position to have sex, as oppose to abusing their position in other ways?

I couldn't possibly know anything about sworn officers abusing their position and the independent police regulator serially playing procedures to cover it up, and a Chief Constable with form hiding it with an evasive and misleading fob off.

Was it yesterday you accused me having an 'agenda'?

Do you think PC Bad Apple that thought he would interfere in my life may have had an 'agenda'?

Or was it a motive?

I fully expect a fair proportion of the public expect police officers, and Chief Constables when asked a question to give an honest and fulsome response rather than some inane platitudes comparable to some of padding used in eBay descriptions for shonky 'sort after' cars in the 'best colour for these'.

I fully expect a fair proportion of the public expect police officers, and Chief Constables to do their job, which is to tell the truth and do the correct thing.

I'm a PH 'Wibblist'. I'm not a Chief Constable Wibblist that wibbles at the taxpayers expenses on official police letterhead. Police letterhead also paid for by the taxpayer.

I have no idea what that constabulary was thinking ignoring the concerns of his colleagues.

I don't know how former PCSO Peter Bunyan reportedly getting his vasectomy scars and bruising out in the police station compares to tipsy Assistant Chief Constable Rebekah Sutcliffe getting her baps out at a Senior Women In Policing conference.

Serious question.
Have you sought professional help? It may be of great benefit.

Help? It's the world that's crazy, not him!

Another constructive discussion and reasonable thread derailed by incoherent rambling. I have suggested to him to go and actually do something with his near-obsession in the real world to improve all the problems he sees. There are many paid and voluntary roles with in the CJS. It's clearly a flawed suggestion as he'd get filtered out at the first hurdle.
