Putting aside your childishness have a little look at this, which is what I'm referring to...

https://youtu.be/1vK_QK1Wqgc

Are happy to let them do this?

Not just blatantly breaking the law but actually attacking your colleagues?

Letting them get away with it makes you look like mugs.

Yeah, much better to go in heavy handed and potentially cause a large scale disturbance/ disturbances.

The police won't exactly be popular. So much better to fan the flames.

Maybe you and your gangsta mates should go down there and sort it out.

Wrap up warm though - and make sure you're home in time for tea or your mum won't be happy.
Are you saying that the police should just allow things to happen then if stopping them means there might be some aggro?

This bloke was scum. It's too bad the family and friends don't want to accept that. But why should they be allowed to do as they please while the police just stand by and watch?

Sorry, I can't accept that as being correct.

Most likely the vigil is nothing more than to show the police who runs the town. Mob rule. It would appear the police lack any authority in these parts of the country. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen that video. Beggars belief. Why even bother turning up.

No.

I'm saying the police should allow things to happen if stopping them is likely to cause much bigger problems.

I wouldn't worry too much, the weather is pants at the mo. That usually solves the problem.

It's a fine line, go in mob handed and you'll have days of disorder and not enough staff to manage.

Give them an area to spout off and let them have their say (within reason) and they'll all bugger off at the end of the night.

They're looking for a scrap, they won't be given it.

Looks like a BTP car having its door mirror trashed to me.

No sign of any police officers being assaulted on that clip.

Try not to over-egg the pudding.

Yeah, I know.

They weren't attacked though, like you said.

The officers had the good sense to do nothing.

Idiots - 1. Ford Focus door mirror - 0.

I've had a police car trashed. I survived.

Theres at least one copper in the car.

There you are ladies and gentlemen. You can go and attack a police car without fear of arrest.

Good to know.

Try it.

Be sure to let us know how you get on.

Better to arrest someone with a belly full of warm piss at daft o'clock in the morning than be a punchbag.

Not difficult really - unless you are hard of thinking.

Would you get out of that car and start trying to lock someone up?

Oh yeah, you're the one from the other thread.

You lost that argument too.

Compared to the likes of La Liga, you are not helping how people perceive the force.

Gameface would shoot 'em.

He had da five-o over when they were looking for a bang-bang and is subject to hard stops so much that he is able to award the officers marks out of ten.

That, combined with bragging about how much of a gangsta he is, makes him nails.

The yellow metal chain his mum got him from Argos would scare them off anyhow.
And the staffie on the passenger seat.

Exactly, yet someone on here clearly expects someone to get out of the safety of a car and try dragging someone from within an angry crowd whilst seriously outnumbered.

Clueless.

Er, no. I didn't.

You spat your dummy out and ran away without providing any examples of police procedural failings.

If someone asks a genuine question on here I'll often try to help.

If I think someone is a walt - like you - I'll say so.

Probably not. I feel for them. Must've been very unpleasant and traumatic. What I'd like to have seen was you lot sweep in and show those tts they've crossed the line. But that didn't happen. That whole night that dead dealers mates were tearing up the town but AFAIK there were no arrests. That's what grates. Seeing them attack a police car with no repercussions baffles the majority of the general public. If you won't even stand up for your own, how can you stand up for them. It just looks toothless.

I'm sure some of the Bradford force would've loved to go in and teach them a lesson but we're ordered not to. It's not the guys in the firing line that annoy me, it's the pandering culture we seem to adopt with these assholes. So fearful of being branded racist. It's the climate we've allowed ourselves to be drawn into and they know it. And use it to their advantage.

You think they'd get away with it in America or Russia?

The Russians and Americans have far more resources than we do.

Tip up mob handed, scoop a few prisoners and you'll have days of trouble, who's going to deal with that? Have you not seen in the news that the police aren't coping with daily business let alone these idiots?

The police can't deal with groups like this, it's not about being toothless, it's about being hugely under resourced. Ask any bobby and they'll want to go and take a few scalps but they won't have the staff to do it.

It's easier to round them up one at a time later on, on the police's terms not an angry group of retards.

You're a serving police officer yes?

You really are coming across crassly.

You make personal slights in nearly every post.

I will not respond to you anymore. You are welcome to the last word however. You certainly seem the type of person to want it.
