You are right, but not for the right reasons.

My issue has always been the inability of those in power to make reference to Ahmad, his religion and the circumstances of his crimes.

We have always had this issue in society both individuals and a wider circle / gang, but instances like Rotherham were very specific and based around the belief / opinion that young white girls who display freedoms that Muslim girls don't have are worthless / slags and were asking for it. It has been happening in Europe for years, political correctness allowed it to go on far longer that it should.

Yet neither the government or the independent enquiry can say Islam / Muslim / Pakistan etc, yet they can say Catholic, Church, Police, Westminster, MP and now Sports coach.

Ahmad and the reasons for him abusing young white girls needs to be investigated, but we cant / wont, and merely refer to it as "all forms of abuse are horrific".

I have two letters on my desk one from the Independent enquiry and one from the MP for safeguarding, neither can make mention to it.

Thank god for immigration to give us a sense of what's fked up.

Back to the OP, sentences are increasingly reflecting less the crime and more the available capacity of our prisons.

Agree it's a disgraceful sentence in the grand scheme of things.
