FFS get over the fact we are leaving the farce that is Europe. Not the people, just the nobbers who are Eurocrats. Anyawy, market forces will negate any import duty imposed on cars or anything really. If say german BMW imports had 5% import tax imposed and sales were affected BMW would just prices so they don't loose the market share they have. Alternatively the German car industry will put pressure on their politicians so as to not adversely affect trading.

I like this so thought I'd share with the loungers.

We are going to end up paying a lot more for our car stuff thanks to this woman's wilful misinterpretation of the referendum.

I won't dare to talk about my sons opportunities in Europe going down the toilet.
How are your emigration plans shaping up?!

Those talking ill of Theresa May, have a think hard on this one: Camoron and Ozziborn are being flown out to an exclusive resort at Davos and each are being paid 10s of thousands £s to make speeches. Nice job if you can get it. They'll probably meet the Kinnocks while there.

A great way of settling this whole euro debate would be to have a democratic vote on the subject. Whoever gets the majority gets their way, do you think that might work? (BTW I live in Euroland and brexit will be a massive PITA for me and likely cost me a great deal of money in the long run)

Get the Dutch to vote out too and join the free world.

Oh yeah, and the car thing is nonsense. A lot of EU automotive legislation has hurt our "blokes in sheds" car tinkering industry.

I think you credit this fisherman with a modicum talent; looks like he fumbled it and dropped it in at his feet. This bait is so tragic looking most fish know it's not worth any effort.

It was an attempt to build some bridges - but you are correct I had ignored the fact that you asked first - my apologies for that.

If said "popcorn" is shared and you (having asked first and gained priority dibs) have more than you need, I will be happy to share the "excess" provided "Wolfie" offers said excess.

You have to question the mentality of someone who starts a thread and then fails to respond to any of the posts on it!

Now you're getting silly.
