We should get rid of her because she seems incompetent and lacking direction.

She's spoken alot and done absolutely nothing.

The very definition of a career politician.

What do you expect her to have done by now?

It was an attempt to build some bridges - but you are correct I had ignored the fact that you asked first - my apologies for that.

If said "popcorn" is shared and you (having asked first and gained priority dibs) have more than you need, I will be happy to share the "excess" provided "Wolfie" offers said excess.
Now you're getting silly.
No - that's "Don'tBeSilly" He has the rights to that

I have the rights to being either a B'stard or a Child and I also get to choose biggrin

I didn't realise you needed to build any bridges ,we may not agree on brexit (and never will) but to fall out over threads on a obscure politics forum on a car web site strikes me as dumb in the ex stream (i will crow loudly when brexit starts to go to hell in a handcart though).

the pop corn is on me

I like this so thought I'd share with the loungers.

We are going to end up paying a lot more for our car stuff thanks to this woman's wilful misinterpretation of the referendum.

I won't dare to talk about my sons opportunities in Europe going down the toilet.
So !!! you don't have to buy stty Euro cars and your son might want to go down a toilet in Thailand or Austraila
why limit him to Europe ??/

I too wish she would hurry up with Article 50 and stop fretting about the single market etc, but her speech today was quite good,

I was particularly pleased she didn't mention climate change once.

She can stick around.

This thread is going down a predictable route.

A couple of weeks ago I started a thread on "the cost of Brexit to you personally" There were 20 posts within the first hour, and all but two were along much the same lines as the responses to your thread.

To pinch FIF's saying, they would prefer to "play the man rather than the ball" They didn't want to discuss the matter at hand, they wanted to have a go at me because I didn't agree with their "perceived wisdom" rolleyes Luckily there are rhinos out here who would like a skin as thick as mine wink

Things improved with my thread after I called them (its on NP&E so won't take much finding of you're interested) but it died the usual death of threads that are arguing a positiuon that it out of stap with the majority.

However, one thing struck me about Our Glorious Leader's speech today. Margaret Thatcher, most beloved of many on PH, didn't think much of the EU towards the end of her premiership. However, one of the few things she did like about he EU was the Single Market and the advantages it brought to Britain's trade with the rest of Europe.

The poor cow is probably turning in her grave tonight...

To finish I will quote the only wise words I have read on this thread so far:

Feel free to start a separate thread on the wee one if you want, although there's fair mention of her and her failings on the existing independence thread if you just want to contribute to that one...

there was a brexit loving hairdresser from some dreary welsh market town on the radio today complaining that he thought when the leave vote came in we would leave the next day. he could not understand why these things take time.

Oh I don't mind disagreements on Brexit - I fully support your right to crow if it ever goes to st and I will eat copious qty of "humble pie" for making a terrible decision to vote leave.

My issue is with you lack of capitalisation and punctuation but it is improving biggrin

fk me OP, dry your eyes.

As for your son, if official work travel is restricted he could camp near Dover and jump on a truck.

Seems to work fine the other way around anyway.

Funnily enough I don't think she's said a lot, and that is where she's been more than competent, and the direction you accuse her of lacking was quite clear to see today.

May's been in office just over 6 month's, I don't think she's done that bad to date.

I voted leave, it's clear which way you voted.
