I didn't think they were allowed to search a minor without a responsible adult being with him?

All they had available after the manpower crisis, probably. It's all Cameron's/May's fault.

They can.

Cant see any bullying to be fair, just one bloke dealing with the kid and other bobbies there looking in. Also looks to be a serial of police from on a van, they work as a team of 8 usually so hardly out of the ordinary having a few there.

Skinny little schoolkid - only needed a couple of them out of the van - though I assume this is the Met we're talking about here

Plenty of others around.

Don't under estimate kids: http://metro.co.uk/2016/11/25/shocking-video-shows...

What's the stop and search for (no sound if it's on there)? Weapons?

FFS.

One more disenfranchised child left with a bitter taste in his mouth after the mobhanded filth shake him down.

all the others could have stood well back and out of sight.
Professional?.. no, not at all.

He will never respect the police after this

When I was 17 I had 8 on me, yes 8 I'd done nothing either oh and I was assaulted and charged to boot.

I was pulled over weekly because I had a fiesta rs turbo and lived on a council estate

Shame I had no card to pull and my peers didn't give a st or grew up with people telling me I was a victim. Just think where I'd be now if I released how persecuted I was frown

Well police aggression and corruption turned me against them as a teenager (admittedly not as a child, unless you count 17 as being a child).

I don't talk to the police about anything nowadays. Saw nothing, heard nothing. I realise not all of them are corrupt, but I have no way of knowing which are and which aren't.

That street attack should have been handled better by the female officer - the day I was scared of schoolkids would have been the day I jacked in

You have no idea (generally) what the grounds were to search.

She should have cleared them out from behind the male officer for starters - not stood off to one side on the path.- using force if needs be - she was then pretty ineffectual after they started and he was lucky it didnt turn out worse. Couple of hairy arsed rugby players wouldnt have allowed that to happen dont you think?
