Out of those options it has to be Saddam Hussein, he'd be great. He won't tell lies, he won't raise taxes, he won't make awkward foreign policy gaffes, he might be smelly and decomposing a bit but he could be sat in the House of Lords and no one would notice.

I'd actually like to see Blair and his cabinet whisked forwards fifteen years just to see what they'd make of the aftermath- Labour in ruins, Tories gutted, SNP dug in in Scotland, Lib Dems a memory, we've just voted for Brexit, NI getting upset, we've actually stopped talking about the national debt/deficit in 2016 (remember how important that was pre-brexit?) but it isn't going anywhere, Arab Spring has failed, and Donald Trump is now POTUS and wants a more isolationist America...
