Aberrant is putting it very mildly
In this case it is specific to the crime.See?

Look, I'll explain. The word I used was officers, that's plural and means that I was using it for more than one officer. It is implicit in the use of the plural. Therefore I needed to find a descriptive word that applied to all such officers who should be, in my opinion at least, sacked and aberrant, i.e. falling outside normal expected behaviour, was very apt. If it was not mild - that said it is merely descriptive of those falling outside the norm so accurate is a much more accurate description - then it would exclude some that I think should be excluded. It was an accurate description of the behaviour of those who should be sacked almost by definition.
See?
Yes I see. I think it's putting it mildly. I.e I wouldn't use the term aberrant to describe the behaviour of people downloading child porn.See?

Cant wait for tomorrows post.
Could you provide any evidence to suggest police officers are at it more than say for example a teacher?
hopefully there wont be one, with every post comes another victim it's truly saddening Could you provide any evidence to suggest police officers are at it more than say for example a teacher?

I'm not repeatedly starting topics about it though am I?
Why does this annoy you? You appear bothered by it.My question was genuine, lots of threads about police yet none about any other occupation so I asked if it was more rife in the police than teaching, used as an example.
See?
