Is sexual abuse Police officers crime of choice?

Because I read the title. I reply to plenty (too many, probably!) threads. I think that a thread title that suggests that sexual abuse is the 'crime of choice' for police offices is not only untrue, but also pretty offensive. What if that was your profession slandered without evidence?
I have had plenty of disagreements with some on here (and agreements with former officers) over the current revenue driven approach attitude to speeding, but the premise of this thread, and some of the posts here really are just abusive to very tolerant PH members.
Good on them for responding. The rest of us reasonable PHers won't think worse of you if you decline to waste your time here any longer.

Mild reformatting a statement into a question doesn't remove, hide, or excuse the implication.
Eh? Do you mean using the word 'is' at the start, and a '?' at the end? Is that 'mild reformatting'?That it is offensive is subjective. I could see where you're coming from if the title was 'all coppers are sex offenders'. Even then I wouldn't understand why someone would read the thread if the title offended them. Some people enjoy being outraged I suppose.

Some bizarre posts on this thread; really looking to grind an axe where there is no data to do so. Even the title is unnecessarily offensive.
If it's that offensive report it to the Mods. You've just recently signed the new terms and conditions, so you'll know that we're not meant to post anything that might be offensive.eldar said:

Have you stopped fking goats?Adult goats or is he just messing with the kids? .... sorry, I promised myself I wouldn't go onto this thread again unless someone had any evidence to justify the title. They can't, I'm gone, again. Unless someone else posts something sharper than your post!
