The entry has been there for years (visible on the Internet archive). Recently edited to remove key portions of text that referenced placement of journalists and to include the word "alleged" in the description.

Timing is rather interesting and coincides with lots of banning and censoring of things certain individuals don't like or want discussed on various sites. Not that Wiki was ever above this sort of thing though.

Wiki is always edited. I expect many pro Trump and anti Trump are examining their digital trail. Fortunately wiki seems to retain the pre edits and you can view the history. I suspect that some pages are left alone for a while as no one is bothered in looking at them, they creep up the awareness of the internet and they get edited.

Fortunately, I hope people with a bit of sense, see wiki as a source that must be checked, it is a handy reference, lot of facts, but also a lot of mistakes and a lot of mis information.
