NP&E Economic & Social Spectrum
Discussion
Exactly. It's the same left-right spectrum just divided into social and economic patterns.
As someone with anarcho capitalist sympathies I tend to think that without big government we would have far fewer big corporations. So while I am definitely against heavy regulation I am not necessarily in favour of things like TTIP which would give massive power to corporations.

Many of the questions have a ludicrously left wing bias.
Some of them are similar to people who say things like "do you support reductions in speed limits, or do you prefer the murder of innocent children by speeding drivers?". The left bias is at times that obvious. Ergo, I've not bothered with it.

I'm pretty much in the middle of the green sector. Maybe iit's time for a change in my voting habits - I've voted Conservative for 40 years
Can't touch the 40 years bit but I get close with 36 years voting ConservativeSo either the survey results are off or the green is actually blue
-1 left, -2 libertarian. I'm far more ecomonimally right and libertarian than that, even by US standards. I think the quiz is c rap to be honest. Just because I don't think corporations should be unregulated to persue profits at all costs to society and the environment doesn't make me a lefty any more than thinking that would make some idiot right wing ffs.
Personally, I get the impression the entire thing is skewed to the leftward.Any perception that the greens are libertarian is plain nuts. Methinks this chart is entertainment and not to be taken seriously at all.
Anyhow, here's mine , for somebody who is a believer above all, in less governement , I should be much futher down in the purple.

I dated a libertarian for a while. She certainly knew her books.Anyhow, here's mine , for somebody who is a believer above all, in less governement , I should be much futher down in the purple.

Instant problem with those questions (as someone above said, noting their attempt to make you answer the right way) is that on a lot of them I am very neutral - but one has to either agree or disagree.
You're right, most people don't really care about ideological political dogma, its one of the failings of democracy... But if you're not overly bothered about close call political ideology then this probably isn't the test for you I'm surprised some people feel it doesn't score then as big enough aholes, don't be so hard on yourself guys...
