Isn't it Sheep of Colour now?
Not sure if joking or thick. If thick why in the hell would they call it "black lives matter" if somehow saying black was wrong?Come on its not hard to separate the guff from the truth by simple common sense?

We also collected the 'golliwogs' from pots of Robertsons jam, as I remember it, if you collected a certain number and sent them off you got an enamel 'golly' badge which you could pin to the lapel of your blazer or to your pullover.
The role I had in the Royal Navy was nick-named "Golly", as when the branch was first etsablished, promotions were as easy as collecting Golly badges. On one ship there was a Golly who was a "chap of colour" (is that OK?). And as such to show the diverse nature of the armed forces was always in line to meet VIPs, the look on some of the VIP's faces when he told them he was a Golly after being asked what his job is was priceless! When I was at school (90's) the rhyme was 'tigger' (i.e. like on Winnie the Pooh, not tiger).
I didn't realise there was this old version until this kind of thing recently.
TBH I find the t-shirt more offensive because it's 1) ugly and 2) seems to glorify violence.
You find that t-shirt offensive because you think it glorifies violence?I didn't realise there was this old version until this kind of thing recently.

I wonder what you'd think after a conversation in the pub with me and some mates, if you think a t-shirt is offensive?!
was always "tinker" when I was growing up, late 80s/early 90s
In fact, I remember when a new boy joined our school and where he had been before, he used to say "piggy" and we had one of those arguments that only a 6 or 7 year old can have about whether it was "tinker" or "piggy" and both of us had to go and sit indoors during playtime for arguing during class.
